Mystic Mutts was created for dog lovers, by dog lovers. Our goals are great pet care, great customer service, and a minimally invasive approach when it comes to walking and training. Each walk is tailored specifically to the needs of your dog, since every canine is as unique as their owner.
Not every dog can cope with group walks, they may be anxious, nervous, reactive, aggressive, or etc. By keeping our services one on one, every dog gets an opportunity to get out and get their exercise. We strive to help whomever we can, whether its working professionals, stay at home parents, folks with mobility issues, or disabilities. All are welcome with Mystic Mutts.
Don’t have a reactive dog? That’s okay! Mystic Mutts is for everyone (and every dog). Mystic Mutts exists because exercise and stimulation is important for a happy, healthy dog. It doesn’t matter if you’re busy, a working professional, don’t have the time, or simply cannot walk your pup. Mystic Mutts guarantees a zero judgment environment where you and your dog can feel accepted and supported no matter what.
How It Works
Each walk with Mystic Mutts is tailored to you and your dog. During the Meet & Greet we go over your dogs walking route (if you have one), how long you would like your dog walked, when your walks will take place, and if you have any special requests. This includes, but is not limited to: sniffari walks, distance walks (certain amount of KMs you would like covered), leisurely walks, pee breaks, and chill walks for the senior dogs in your life. We will also go over any allergies, dietary requirements, any disabilities or injuries your dog may have, reactivity concerns, and/or reinforcement of training during walks. At Mystic Mutts, we strive to make sure you and your dog are happy, confident, and at ease with our services. We are all breed inclusive and don’t have a weight or size limit, all dogs are welcome with us.
For an added touch, our walks are GPS tracked so you can see your dogs daily adventure. We also add a personalized report including how your dog behaved, how many times they go potty, and if there’s anything out of the ordinary. Walk reports also include as many photos of your pup as you desire. We understand the love our clients have for their animals and how finding pet care that works for you can be stressful. Mystic Mutts wants to make it easy for you to make the best choice for you and your furry friends. Need your dog fed pre/post walk? No problem! Water replenished? We got you. No matter the request, we will try to accommodate to the best of our ability. Every owner loves their dog, and so do we! We promise to treat each dog we walk as if they were our own.
Trust is important on both sides. We understand having someone enter your home while you’re not there can cause anyone anxiety.
